So for this card I stamped the image first using Wild Wasabi ink pad and punched out that image with the scallop circle. Crop for a Cure

Hi everyone!  I am sorry I have been away so long.  I have been quite busy like all of you!  I had a wonderful weekend.  I had my fundraiser for the Canadian Cancer society called Crop for a Cure!!!The picture of the beautiful flowers you see are the flowers I received from family and friends at the crop as a thank you for my work in organising the event.  Aren't they beautiful!!!   Anyhow we had a wonderful day and raised money for a great cause.  I am happy to share with you that we have now raised just a hair over $3700.00!!!! Isn't that amazing!  Here is a picture of all the participants, except we are missing my cousin Erin (she has a 1 month old little cutie who wanted to go home).
I am there in the middle, with my daughter Hannah in front of me in the black shirt. This is the sixth year for the fundaiser.  My dad died of cancer at the age of 55 and I started this after to help make a difference, in his memeory.  This year was even more important to me because my father-in-law was recently diagnosed with Hodkins Lymphoma Cancer.  My thanks go out to all who help make this day possible.
Here is a picture of Dolores who was the winner of the big basket of goodies that I had put together! Unfortunately, you can not see all the goodies well, but she will have lots of fun with it!  Thanks Angie for loaning me the basket!
