Valentine Bling!

On this card I stamped the beautiful heart flowers.  I punched out the opposite corners to round them and  I added a cute little border to dress up the black paper.  Then Bling time....  I used that new glimmer paper to punch out and place behind the love oval and then I added some rhinestones to the corner!

You will use the marker technique to color the stamp.  I love adding bling to a card, it just brightens it up in my opinion!  After you punch out the oval, you will use the dimensionals behind it to give it a little 3D look!
