Baja Flower

Here is a card I made awhile back that I meant to get posted....  I really like how this card turned out.

Stamps: Fifth Avenue Floral 113734
CS: Baja Breeze 111352,
Not Quite Navy 100867, &
Crumb Cake 120953
DSP: Elegant Soirée 115657
Classic Ink Pad:
Soft Suede 115657
Jewel: Basic Pearls 119247 (3 big ones)
Ribbon: Seam Binding: Very Vanilla 120999 (approx 11")
Big Shot 113439
Textured Impressions Embossing Folder: Elegant Lines 119277
Dotto 103305
Mini Glue Dots 103683
This card is pretty straight forward... Emboss the background, stamp the image, and glue down the layers.  Now before you glue down the DSP we will do the scrunchy ribbon.  Fray the end of the ribbon and pull on one "hair" of the ribbon while you scrunch up the ribbon length.  When I get about halfway I do the same at the other end, so not to risk pulling the hair out the whole way and losing my scruch!!!  Then I used a couple of glue dots to hold down the ribbon and I wrapped it around the DSP and then I glued down the DSP.
Have a great weeekend!
